Below you can read our terms and conditions for using our services and purchasing our products. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Payment

Flowerism Studio accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online.

Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Flowerism Studio uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.

 

Delivery and returns

Free shipping on orders over DKK 599 | 14-day return policy

The delivery time for your order is approximately 1-4 business days if you live in Denmark. Flowerism Studio ships goods with the following carrier: PostNord - Chosen pick-up location.

A 14-day full return policy is offered on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

 

Condition of the returned product

You are responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling it in a way that exceeds what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, similar to how you would handle it in a physical store. If the item has been handled or used more than described and is deemed used with diminished value, you may receive a partial or no refund upon cancellation of the purchase.

Flowerism Studio will evaluate the item's condition in such cases.

 

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information nor disclose your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.

To enter into an agreement with Flowerism Studio, we need the following information:

• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal information is registered with Flowerism Studio and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

 

Complaints right

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law.

Claims regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported to Flowerism Studio within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless agreed otherwise. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint will be waived in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
